The Classic Package is designed for the couple who wants to take care of all the preliminary planning but understands the importance of having a wedding coordinator on the day of the wedding to manage and take care of all the details.  The Classic Package includes working with you up to two months prior to the day of the wedding to make sure everything is on schedule and to assist you in making sure your day is stress free!

• Up to 3 detailed planning meetings
• Development of schedule of events/timeline for ceremony and reception
• Development of vendor tracking log and review of vendor contracts
• Design for processional and recessional for ceremony
• Review seating charts and layouts
• Wedding venue walk through with caterer
• Basic follow up coordination with phone calls to vendor to confirm all details and directions
• Follow up phone calls with bride, groom, family and wedding party members
• Coordination of rehearsal
• Unlimited coordination hours on your wedding day
